Why 20 employees is the threshold

Team size is a shortcut for the depth of records a company tends to hold.

Sakuya works with companies that have at least 20 employees. It is a practical line, not an arbitrary one.

Team size tracks record depth

A company with 20 or more people usually has real processes: handoffs between teams, approvals, customer conversations at scale, and years of documents. That is the material labs want. Smaller teams often run on fewer, less connected records.

How size affects a deal

Companies with 40 to 50 or more employees tend to be a stronger fit, because their records cover more roles and more workflows. Companies with 80 to 100 or more employees can often close in under a week, because the volume and variety are easier for a lab to evaluate quickly.

If you are under 20

Keep your records organized and your history intact. As your team grows, the value of what you hold grows with it. We would like to hear from you when you cross the line.

Our average deal size is between $250K and $1M. Find out what your records are worth in a few quick questions.
