Slack, email and team messages: the record of how work happens

Documents show what was decided. Messages show how.

If documents are the polished version of a company's work, team messages are the working draft. They capture questions, disagreements, handoffs and corrections that never make it into a final report.

Why messages are valuable

Agents that are meant to work alongside people need to understand how coordination happens: who asks whom, how blockers get cleared, how a decision shifts after new information arrives. Message history is the clearest record of that.

Privacy comes first

Messages contain the most personal detail of any record type. That is why anonymization matters most here. Names, contact details and client identifiers come out before a lab sees anything.

Choosing what to include

You decide which channels or mailboxes go on your file list. Many owners exclude HR and leadership channels and include project, operations and support channels. Your file list, your call.

Our average deal size is between $250K and $1M. Find out what your records are worth in a few quick questions.
