Questions to ask any AI data broker

A short checklist for choosing who represents your records.

If you are considering licensing your company's records, the broker you choose shapes the outcome. These questions help you compare options, including us.

Who are the buyers?

Ask which kinds of buyers the broker works with and how introductions happen. A scheduled meeting is very different from a listing in a catalog.

Who controls what is shared?

You should approve the exact file list before anything is shared. If a broker cannot promise that, keep looking.

How is anonymization handled?

Ask who does it on your deal and how it is reviewed.

How does the broker get paid?

Every broker takes a fee in some form. Ask how it works and when it applies. At Sakuya, we take a fee on completed deals and walk you through it on the first call.

What is a realistic outcome?

Ask about typical deal sizes and timelines. Ours: an average deal between $250K and $1M, and a quote typically within 24 to 48 hours of your file list.
