A little preparation makes anonymization cleaner and faster.
Every file is anonymized before a lab sees it, either by Sakuya or by the lab.
Help it go smoothly
Exclude obviously sensitive folders up front, such as HR, legal and personal files. Note any systems with unusual formats.
What gets removed
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, account details, and client and vendor identifiers.
Ask how it is checked
Whoever handles anonymization on your deal, ask how it is reviewed. Good processes include checks, not just an automated pass.
